Ernest's Story.
Son of Mr. and Mrs. Beardmore, 51 Forge Fields, Wheelock.
Prior to joining the army in September 1915, Ernest worked for Mr. Arthur Holland as a farm labourer, he was from Wheelock and attended the Church School in the village.
